Official Community Information & Resource Center
The Barrington Woods HOA does not insert itself into the real estate transaction process. We do not charge property transfer fees, nor do we issue resale certificates or account ledgers for closings. Buyers and sellers should coordinate the transfer of any prorated annual dues directly.
| Annual Dues | $200.00 per lot |
|---|---|
| Billing Frequency | Billed Annually |
| Due Date | April 1st (Late fees apply after May 30th) |
| Responsibility | Whoever holds the deed to the home on April 1st is responsible for the full amount of the dues. |
If you are purchasing an undeveloped lot, please note that all new home construction must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to breaking ground. The HOA can provide guidance on prospective builders who are familiar with our community standards and restrictions.
Please review our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) for detailed building requirements.
While the HOA does not participate in the standard closing process, the Board of Directors actively monitors dues, fines, and assessment compliance.
The HOA will formally file and execute liens against properties with significantly delinquent balances. Buyers should ensure title searches are thorough, as any existing liens must be satisfied.
